In January 2007 Pontypridd and Rhondda NHS Trust recorded four urgent
suspected cancer (USC) patient breaches, recording failure against the 62 day
SaFF cancer target for urgent suspected cancer patients being referred to the Trust.
This performance and subsequent failure against both targets in February led to an
automatic intervention from the Delivery and Support Unit (DSU). |
