The Delivery and Support Unit (DSU) was requested by North Glamorgan NHS Trust to review the suspended waiting list within orthopaedics and to comment on existing waiting list management processes. This report constitutes the first part of this process and details the key findings from the review of the hospital PAS records and cross-referencing clinical information contained within individual patient notes. A summary of the original terms of reference is enclosed within appendix A. |
