Over the next 12 months we shall be undertaking a cross sector review focusing on buildings management. We are still considering exactly how best to take this work forward in the NHS given the impending restructuring, and also recognising the strong central drive on estates and wider capital investment issues. However, we are undertaking some local pilot work at Cwm Taf NHS Trust in late 2008/early 2009.
