The Mental Health Act Commission was disbanded on 31st March, as part of the establishment of the new Care Quality Commission in England. Its functions in Wales have been returned to Welsh Ministers and will be undertaken on their behalf by Healthcare Inspectorate Wales. |

Launch of Wales Concordat Information Sharing Tools |
